One Elizabeth Street will be a five storey building comprised of 32 tastefully, well designed suites, indoor parking and every amenity you would expect in a luxury community. Suites at One Elizabeth Street will range from an efficient 905 sq. ft. one bedroom to a spacious 1550 sq. ft two bedroom plus den.
